The Future is ITSM

In line with Atlassian, IT Service Management is a high priority category that Appfire is investing in heavily.

We’re going to be bringing our ITSM expertise and apps to the Appfire team. Time to SLA, for example, is the best-selling service-level agreement tracking app on the Atlassian Marketplace, helping teams in over 70 countries to define, track and report on SLA performance. Whilst the Enhancer Plugin for Jira has workflow enhancements, custom fields, and KPI metrics that can be used to boost features within Jira and Jira Service Management.
